TIGI Bed Head Hair Wax Stick semi-matte finish (Misc.) My first attempt to use this was a disaster. I applied it by rubbing the stick all over in a swirling pattern … the result was a very heavily waxed mess which took 3 washings to totally remove. The problem for me is that it is too hard to control how much is being applied. I typically use their Matte Separation Wax and take two fingertips worth, spread between my palms, then apply to my hair. Perfect amount every time. I have had good success using this on just the front part of my hair or by rubbing some on my palms and using like I do the product (but this defeats the purpose of the stick).At the end of the day it comes down to what works best for you r hair. For me this is not the product but for you it may be (especially if you want serious holding power). |

TIGI Bed Head Manipulator , 2 Ounce (Pack of 2) (Health and Beauty) *****Bedhead Manipulator by Tigi is a hair cream that can be used for styling, texturizing, and for ming. It is not really a gel, more like a very sticky cream (almost like glue or paste). It dries very naturally though (not at all like glue or paste), and leaving a sort of fiber in you r hair. Although this sounds weird, it seems to work much better than hairspray, which leaves a film OVER the hair; Manipulator is WITHIN the hair, so you can do more with it. It feels soft and nice when dry too—never greasy—and I can leave it in the next day without having the dirty feel to my hair that leaving the hairspray in does.The way I use it is I put a very small amount on my fingers, and then rub my hands together. Next I apply it throughout my hair, but especially to the roots for lift. Lastly I twist and sort of ‘tweak’ the ends of my hair to add texture. I have a short haircut, and it is the perfect product for people who have very little time or skill but who want a tousled and textured look.It may seem expensive, but you use very little each time, so the two ounce container lasts a long time.Highly recommend ed.***** |

I can get out of bed, without washing my hair, put some manipulator in my hair to give it height, and head off to work without much fuss. I recommend it highly! |
